I arrived at this spot just at the commencement of the glomming. As a consequence, some pics are dark, but nonetheless magical. Following are the once stables for the Hayfield Estate, now converted to dwellings. The road from Kilchrenan to Ardnasaig runs behind it. This pic was taken between the stables and mansion ruins.

I immediately turned around and took this shot of the mansion ruins with a view of Loch Awe behind.

From what I know, this land was the last known possesions of the Tirevadich's, although the ruins seen here were built by the Campbell's after acquiring the lands. It was obviously a plush estate complete with mansion, stables and a boat house on the shore. A lovely burn flows through the estate on its way to the loch.

Almost dark, I stood between the mansion and loch and panned around in a circle and took several snapshots. Here are some that came out before complete sunset.

The boat house would be just off to the right.
